Welcome.

If you are reading this, something brought you here.

Maybe it was a post that stopped your scroll.
Maybe it was a sentence that felt like it was written about you.
Maybe it was a quiet knowing that said — yes. Her. This.

Whatever it was, I am glad you are here.

My name is Milesa.

And I write this newsletter for one woman.

She is successful. She is capable. She shows up for everyone in her life.
And somewhere along the way, she stopped showing up for herself.

She has a life that looks beautiful from the outside.
And she carries a hollowness on the inside that she cannot explain, and is too guilty to admit.

She whispers to herself at night: "I should be happy. What is wrong with me?"

That woman is not you.

She was me.

December 2023. I was standing in front of a wardrobe full of beautiful clothes, choosing an outfit for a dinner I didn't want to attend. I had everything. A happy marriage. A job I loved. A life that looked like the answer to someone's prayer.

And I felt nothing.

Not sad. Not depressed. Just... hollow.

I spent months trying to fix it. More trips. New projects. Staying busier. Nothing lasted.

Then in January 2024, I made one quiet decision. I left social media for a month. I didn't find the answer. But I stopped running from the question.

And slowly - slowly - I found my way back to myself.

That journey became The RISE Transformational Program. And this newsletter - Home - is a small piece of that journey, delivered to your inbox every Monday morning.

What is Home?

Every Monday I will write to you about one thing — coming back to yourself.

Some weeks it will be a story from my own journey.
Some weeks it will be a tool or a practice that helped me — or a woman I work with.
Some weeks it will simply be a truth I think you need to hear.

It will always be honest. It will never be performative. And it will always be written directly to you, the woman who looks fine but sometimes wonders if fine is all there is.

This week's reflection:

I want to ask you one question. Not to answer out loud. Just to sit with.

When was the last time you did something, not for your partner, not for your children, not for your work, not for anyone who needed you but purely, completely, unapologetically for yourself?

Not a holiday you planned for everyone. Not a self-care routine you read about. Something that came from the inside. Something that was entirely yours.

If you cannot remember, that is not a failure.

That is information.

And it might be the most important thing you have learned about yourself today.

A note before you go:

If something in this letter landed for you, if a sentence made you pause, or a question made something stir -

I want to hear from you.

Simply reply to this email. I read every word.

And if you know a woman who needs to read this - please forward it to her. She will know it was meant for her.

Until next Monday - come home to yourself. ✦

With love,
Milesa
